Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 120g melted butter
- 2 scoops of Bio-Logos Protein Powder with Banana & Cacao
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 4 tsp organic cacao powder
- 50g finely chopped dark chocolate (at least 80% cocoa mass)
- 6 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 150 ml strained yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 25×24 baking dish with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy, then add the melted butter, mashed banana, and strained yoghurt, mixing until well combined. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Bio-Logos Protein Powder, organic cacao powder, and ground flaxseed, ensuring you get no lumps. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Gently add the finely chopped dark chocolate, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the dish before slicing into 10 squares.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. These brownies also freeze well for up to 1 month.
