Returns Policy

For returns resulting from an error on the part of our company, we will refund in full the amounts corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs. In any other case, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded, while shipping costs (for the original order and for the return) shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Returns are accepted following prior arrangement and only where products are unused and in their original condition. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the return and receipt of the products by our company.

To receive a refund you must provide the bank account into which you wish the deposit to be made. If the return is not made within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, or if the return conditions are not met, bio-logos.com reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned products and not to proceed with their replacement.

Please notify us by telephone or e-mail about any product return before shipping.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge provided that the products have not been shipped from our store and the cancellation is made within 8 working hours (store opening hours are considered to be 08:30–16:30).

Notes
bio-logos.com reserves the right to amend or remove this Returns Policy by publishing the revised terms and conditions.

In cases of repeated returns or where bio-logos.com, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, bio-logos.com reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
