Organic Cedar Essential Oil 10ml
Biologos Cedar Essential Oil is extracted from the trunk (heartwood) of Juniperus virginiana by steam distillation. It is characterized by a deep, woody, sandalwood-like aroma and a yellow to orange hue with a slightly viscous texture.
The cedar tree, which can live for more than 100 years, is long-lived and resilient. Historical references note that its wood was used in the construction of Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem, highlighting its enduring value through the centuries. Cedar essential oil blends beautifully with Patchouli, Citronella and Sandalwood, enhancing a sense of grounding and relaxation.
HISTORY & ORIGINS
Cedar —long a symbol of strength and stability— held a special place in ancient cultures such as the Phoenicians, Egyptians and Israelites. Its wood was used for temples, ships and perfumes, while the essential oil’s deep, woody scent evokes calm and steadiness, making it ideal for moments of relaxation and meditation.

Applications of Essential Oils
Aromatherapy with Device
Essential oils can transform the atmosphere of your room. By using the right essential oils, you can relax, concentrate or eliminate unwanted smells.
How to use: place a reso on the base of the ceramic device and fill the top with a little water and 2-10 drops of essential oil. The heat will help the essential oils diffuse into the atmosphere.
Caution: always keep water in the appliance to avoid overheating.
Massage
Massage is one of the most popular ways of applying essential oils. With the right technique, they penetrate the skin, offering relaxation, stimulation or rejuvenation.
How to use: add 25-30 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of vegetable oil-base (e.g., almond oil) and apply in circular movements.
Tip: Choose the right mix for your needs.
Bathroom
A bath with essential oils is a delightful experience, ideal for relaxation or stimulation, depending on the temperature of the water.
How to use: add 4-8 drops of essential oil to your bath water. For sensitive skin, an oil-base solution is recommended.
Duration: stay in the water for at least 10 minutes.
Inhalations
Usage: Inhaling essential oils offers significant benefits, helping to relieve breathing, especially during the winter months. At the same time, the steam combined with the essential oils helps to deeply cleanse and detoxify the skin. To use, fill a bowl with hot water and add 2-3 drops of essential oil. Close your eyes, bend over the bowl and cover your head with a towel, creating a dome. Inhale slowly and deeply for about 10 minutes.
Caution: do not allow the water to come into direct contact with the eyes.
Skin Care
Essential oils help to moisturize and rejuvenate the skin.
How to use: Mix essential oils with skin care products or vegetable oils (e.g., jojoba). The amount depends on the base you use.

CAUTION:
Essential oils are highly concentrated and may be harmful if misused. If you have questions or doubts, consult your pharmacist or a qualified aromatherapist.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Do not apply essential oils undiluted to the skin. Always dilute in an appropriate base (e.g., a vegetable carrier oil) or disperse in bathwater.
Patch test.
Some essential oils may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, always patch-test by applying a small amount of diluted essential oil to the inner forearm. Rub gently and wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.
Avoid sun/UV exposure (sun or solarium/tanning bed) for 12 hours after applying citrus essential oils.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or wish to apply essential oils to children, consult your doctor or a qualified aromatherapist.
Use extreme caution with babies and children under 12 years old, as many oils are unsuitable. Even “safe” oils must be used only in very small amounts, diluted 2–4× more than adult dilutions. Seek medical or professional aromatherapy advice.
Essential oils are flammable; keep away from flames and heat sources. Use only with devices designed for safe diffusion.
Store tightly closed in the original bottle; essential oils evaporate easily.
