Quick Pink Mayonnaise with high protein content

Ingredients:

• 3 large eggs
• 100 ml hot water
• 3 scoops Bio-Logos Sheep/Goat Whey Protein
• 100g melted butter
• 100ml light olive oil
• 2 tbsp Bio-Logos beetroot powder
• 2 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatine
• 1 tsp Organic Turmeric&black pepper powder by Bio Logos
• 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

1. Place the eggs and Bio-Logos Sheep/Goat Whey Protein in the blender. Blend on medium speed for 20-30 seconds until well combined and frothy.
2. Add the Bio-Logos beetroot powder, grass-fed beef gelatin, Organic Turmeric & Black Pepper powder, and sea salt to the blender. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds to ensure the powders are fully incorporated.
3. While blending on low speed, slowly drizzle in the melted butter mixed with light olive oil. This step is crucial for emulsification and to achieve a creamy consistency. Continue blending until the mixture thickens and turns into a smooth mayonnaise-like texture.
4. Transfer the mayonnaise to a clean, airtight jar. Keep it in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
