ARGAN BASE OIL – ORGANIC
Base oils are used either as the necessary carriers that integrate and dilute the essential oils for use in aromatherapy and cosmetology, or on their own purely for cosmetic care. Thus, it is important that they should be 100% pure, just as all the invaluable Base Oils by “Biologos”.
Argan oil comes from a plant species that survives for 1.6 million years now in Morocco, protected by UNESCO as part of the global cultural heritage. This oil is produced through cold pressing.
COMPOSITION
Very rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, Omega 6 and 9, which are waterproofing agents for the skin. It also contains strong antioxidants, vitamin E, phytosterols and squalene, a rare ingredient beneficial against skin cancer.
THERAPEUTIC USE
Thanks to its unique composition it is an invaluable natural anti-inflammatory agent that functions as a protective shield for the skin.
COSMETIC USE
Argan oil is by far the best natural shield against skin dryness, creating waterproof film and enhancing the elasticity of the skin. It fights very effectively agains free radicals, protecting the skin from aging and the destruction of skin cells. It moisturizes deeply, nourishes, regenerates and restores the skin. It is ideal for distressed nails and hair (also for dandruff).
