PAPERBARK – THE PLANT
Scientific name: Melaleuca Viridiflora. Description: Evergreen tree with a height around 10 m., of the Myrtaceae family. Origins: Native in forests, rivers and marshes in areas with monsoons in Australia and New Guinea.
PAPERBARK – \”BIOLOGOS\” ESSENTIAL OIL
Technique: Extracted from the leaves and the tender branches of the plant through steam distillation. Aromatic compounds: Monoterpenes: a-pinene, limonene; monoterpenols: a-terpenol; terpene oxides: 1,8-cineole and sesquiterpenoles: viridiflorol, with strong therapeutic action. Scent: Fresh, soft, regenerating, reminiscent of camphor, and colour similar to that of eucalyptus. Country: Madagascar.
COMBINATIONS
With essential oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lemon, Orange, Spearmint, Basil, Pine, Tea Tree, Thyme, Lavender, Fennel.
