Ingredients:
- 200g peeled and chopped pear
- 20g melted butter
- 2 scoops Bio-Logos Cow Whey Protein with Powdered Berries
- 2 tbsp Bio-Logos cranberry powder
- 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
- 30g finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 30g coconut flour
- 150ml warm water
Instructions:
- Place the peeled and chopped pear in a food processor, add cranberry powder, Bio-Logos Cow Whey Protein with Powdered Berries and process it into a thick pureé
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add coconut milk powder, stir and keep adding water to smoothly combine the ingredients. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Add coconut flour to this mixture and then transfer everything to the food processor. Process it till you get a unified mass.
- Transfer this mass to a wide platter that you lined with parchment paper.
- Grease your hands with coconut oil and press the mass to get it to 3 cm thickness.
- Finely chop the cranberries and sprinkle them on top of the mass. Now sprinkle the sesame seeds. Using the tips of your fingers tap the cranberries and sesame seeds so that they stick to the mass.
- Chill for 2 hours and cut cubes or triangles.
(Pears should give sweetness to these bites; however, if you prefer them a bit sweeter, you can add
pure monk fruit powder, stevia extract or 1 tbsp of honey)
